Privacy Policy
Lead Recovery OS audits missed-lead workflows for local service businesses. This policy explains what business data we collect, why we use it, and how to request deletion or correction.
Updated: May 5, 2026
What We Collect
- Audit request details: business name, website, business email, phone number, service category, current tools, and the missed-lead workflow details submitted through email or the request form.
- Outreach and reply records: the business contact information needed to send a targeted audit invitation, honor opt-outs, track replies, and prevent duplicate follow-up.
- Project correspondence: email threads, notes, attachments, and delivery records needed to scope, perform, and support an audit or implementation.
- Payment records: if payment is enabled, transaction metadata from the payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers.
- Site analytics: basic page-view and device/browser information from hosting analytics to understand whether the site is working.
How We Use Data
- Respond to audit and setup requests.
- Prepare a missed-lead workflow review, implementation recommendation, or purchased deliverable.
- Track opt-outs, bounces, complaints, and duplicate-send risk.
- Maintain evidence for billing, refunds, disputes, and tax records.
- Improve the website, proof assets, and service workflow.
What We Do Not Request
We do not ask prospects for passwords, CRM logins, inbox credentials, payment credentials, or client/customer lists during the initial audit request. If a paid implementation ever requires access, the request is scoped separately and handled through a secure business process.
Retention
- Outreach records: kept up to 24 months from last contact so we can honor opt-outs and avoid duplicate outreach.
- Support and project correspondence: kept up to 7 years when needed for billing, tax, refund, or dispute evidence.
- Payment processor records: retained according to processor, tax, and dispute requirements.
- Analytics: retained according to hosting-provider settings and used in aggregate where practical.
Deletion And Correction Requests
You can ask us to delete or correct business contact data by emailing leadrecoveryos@proton.me. Put "privacy request" in the subject. We may retain limited records where needed for tax, legal, fraud-prevention, opt-out, refund, or dispute obligations.
